Interpretation

• Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Kaffia.
• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Kaffia Inc.
• Service refers to the Application.
• Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

Personal Data

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

• Email address
• First name and last name
• Phone number
• Address, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, City
• Usage Data

Payment Data

We use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. Stripe). We will not store or collect Your payment card details. That information is provided directly to Our third-party payment processors whose use of Your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

1. Open the Kaffia App.
2. Go to Settings tab.
3. Select Profile > Delete Account.
4. Confirm the action. Your data will be deleted immediately.

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, you may request deletion by contacting us at kaffiapp@protonmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Please include your registered email address.

Data Retention Policy

• Personal Data (Name, Email, Phone, Addresses): Permanently deleted immediately upon account deletion.
• Stripe/Payment Data: Deleted from our reference tables. Payment processors may retain transaction records as required by law.
• Order History: Retained for accounting and merchant payout verification purposes, but disassociated from your personal profile where possible.
